Chocolate Curl Cake

Hamilton's Executive Chef Ted Mathesius (also a trained Pastry Chef) made this Chocolate Curl cake for the fall USU bridal faire. Raspberries and chocolate: the perfect combination.
It was the hit of the show.

Chelsey and Josh- The Logan Depot

One of my favorite wedding venues in Cache Valley is The Logan Depot. There is so much history and character there. It was the old train depot for years. Newly-renovated, it is the showroom to Milieu Design and available for wedding receptions.
